Does anyone know what they use to talk to each other?

most likley an encoded military frequency. now THAT is one they wont give out publically

The Roulettes are usually 'in the clear', and often use a frequency in the 118-138 mhz band. Past frequencies include:

133.9 (though they won't use this one in Perth)
133.8
136.2
126.2
257.1
264.5
268.8
288.6
325.8
335.8
338.5
375.4

Though this doesn't necessarily mean they'll use any of these this weekend.

Nothing that exciting I'm afraid - just a bit of info that related very slightly to an earlier post I thought he might be interested in.

Last year, 126.2 was in operation for their flyby. Not much talking though - more "Devil 1, Go".... That was it. Race Control has the most action on 127.9.

Roulettes Flying now

The Roulettes rescue Chopper is at Kalgoorlie now and is due at Jandakot at 1230 , call sign "Chopper one" (source from manager CHC. 1122 jj

The Roulettes are taking off now from Pearce and flying around the city and down the coast, Freq 118.70 not a full display, showing off to the RBAS, now in the air,, 1500 jj

136.2 is their 'air-to-air' frequency. When they're inside the 'box' they switch to 120.85, then go back to 136.2 once the display is complete and they depart the restricted area.
