There is a sign saying that access will be restricted on Oct 14 on the road which goes past where the Toll planes park (domestic side, near gate 4). So I'm guessing that that's where the A380 will be parked.

If you not there by 6am it will be crowded, turn left off Horrie Miller drve at roundabout that leads to Menzies Air cargo and then turn right at T road, and park along there some where, go to the BBQ and Playground area is a public area, trying to turn left to gate 1 entrance may be restricted? jj

i start work at 9am, so i might come down around 8ish

Please note guys that gate 1 is our emergency assembly area, should the need arise, both air side and land side.

Gate one is not manned like gate 4, however it is frequently used, the inter terminal buss transfers ect, there is also alot of construction going along just south of the grassed area, and as a result that Google earth picture may be too old.

Any ideas on the best way to listen to ATIS other than a radio? Up my way I can't get a strong enough signal and need to prepare before leaving Tue morning as to which runway will be in use.

http://audio.liveatc.net:8012/ypph lists a bunch of info but I can't get the runway info?
