THE Qantas plane forced to make an emergency landing yesterday after a massive hole tore through its side had been plagued by a history of corrosion.

# Latest report by Air Saftey Investigators prelimery report has discovered one oxygen cylinder is missing, not yet detirmined if that was the cause, Qantas reports they are checking every B747 Oxygen cylinders, etc. 1840
