Just heard of an incident at airport.Skywest plane scrapes its ass on runway.Dont know how major it is.Plane being towed to hanger with hydraulic oil spill..Heard through Airservices Australia.May have been a drill not sure .

Tail strikes aren't good at any point in flying... But he it actually happened, i doubt skywest would waste an aircraft

This is what was reported in The West Australian - it mentions hydraulics but nothing to do with tail-dragging...

Im only new to this but im very serprised how buisy the Airservices Australia people are out there.As im sure they are all at most airports.

Wep me again.Heard of an incident about 8pm.Smoke coming from door.Could have been at the airport.Was handed over to FESA.

Apparently they have been imprisioned, its a federal offence to fly one of those 5km within an airport

No they haven't been imprisoned..... On the news this morning, they clearly stated that the pilot of the model plane faces 2 years jail for flying the model aircraft deliberately towards the Virgin Blue plane.
