Well I saw the e-mail at work, with is ETA ETD, bay number hes arriving on, How hes going to disembark, and where hes going to be taken through the terminal.
So yeah... or maybe the media knows more than me
Here is a snap shot of the arrivals into Perth between 1730 and 1930, and yes it will be listed on here, this is from the ATC traffic management system

TVG (Seven helicopter) seems to be hovering around YPPH.
To stop displaying signatures, go to the User Control Panel > Board Preferences > Edit display options > Display signatures > No > Submit

There was a Qantas plane that made an Emergency landing. It was on the 94.5 news at 17:00

Broome and karatha towers opened on the 18th
Broome has two positions tower and ground, tower will also provide procedural approach service
Karatha has one position tower, who will provide ground and procedural approach

Bon Jovi's BBJ is on bay 56 VP-BJJ
Also noted United states of America BBJ on bay 61 today (in same C/S as the 747)
Royal Brunei are flying Triple 7's to Perth on one of their flights
Cathay pacific now have a morning A343 service along with their daily A330 midnight service

Really, I watched it land over my head looked like a A340-343 rego B-HXF
