can the camera men in the force go through red light in the recording
and
how do they know were the police cars are if the police car goes p1

Yes - the road traffic act explicitly states that emergency vehicles and vehicles carrying camera crews filming the force are exempt from the road rules.

The police cars leave a trail of breadcrumbs that the camera crew can follow.

Lets not go with that.

Lets say that there is this technology called 'mobile phones'.

Of course they cannot go through red lights they are not an emergency vehicle...
