Guys just a question,

Can anyone recommend a good Portable Radio for 2way use?

Depends,
I would be assuming your talking about UHF CB.

How far is the other station you would be trying to communicate with, or is it just to talk to anyone?
Price range would be great aswell.

Yeah, sorry about that guys, - A portable UHF CB... I am just curious, but it would need to be able to talk to anyone - Price Range??? well not quite sure whats out there so any help will be appreciated. :)

Ive never been in possesion of a motorola uhf cb portable, so i wouldnt be able to give you much help there, although i have heard some pretty good results :)

Personally, i wouldnt recommend uniden.

I've got an icom ic40s with a 2.5db antenna and it's an awesome combination, probably the best out there :)
