Fog Lights
Can someone give me a definitive answer as to whether they are legal in WA or not. A link to traffic laws would be great.

This subject came up on air a few weeks ago. Jeez, the bitching and moaning I heard... from people who think it is their god-given right to drive around with their fog lights in our face because it makes them more visible and how hard-done-by they are when they get told to turn them off. We can see you. We aren't allowed to drive if we are legally blind.[/rant]

Only under emergency conditions though, the traffic cars that have the little spotties should be rigged so that the spotties only come on when High beams are put on. The alternating headlights is a way of attracting attention. Not unlike the way people flash their headlights when they've gone passed Laser/multanova/booze bus.yorky wrote:Thing is lights on an approved emergency vehicle ARE legal
Hence why they can also carry flashing headlights
