Dick Smith have it. Cat W2099

Edit-

RS also sell it but doesn't appear you can get less than 100m. Maybe someone else wants to pool costs?

RG213 - is that 50 Ohm?
I know you can buy 75 Ohm at bunnings. I've only ever purchased 50 Ohm at Dicky Smiths. Lawrence and Hanson, Electronic Distributors will probably both sell it too.

There's a Hamfest on 3rd August in Perth. In past years coax has been available for sale there. Not sure of the costs. From memory the Northern Corridors Radio Club were selling it to gain club funds. Could be again this year too.

Yes RG213 and RG214 are both 50Ω cables.

Oh and it's Northern Corridor Radio Group - there's only one corridor in the name. :D

My radios are only compadable with 50 ohm. Although i Did once try 75 ohm cable beucase i didnt know any better, and it was very powerfull for some reason. I never had better transmitt Power with my CB. Although once my freind told me to stop using it before my radio blew up, i would have kept using it becase it was great.

There is one supplier who wanted RG213 for $6 a meter!

I searched a few Perth cable places a while back and found nothing.
I've got an off-the-shelf UHF folded dipole with integral 8m RG213 and N connector I'll be selling in a week or two if that's long enough? Not much use any more :?

More likely the connectors were fitted correctly. Umm do you know RG213 is twice the diameter of RG58? You need connector(s) to suit and might have hassles fitting it to a regular antenna base

RG213 & RG58 Cable also available I believe from the WARG - West Australian Repeater Group... Saw it at last years Hamfest being sold for about $2.80 per metre (RG213)... Try their Secretary on 9458-6218...

It gets great reviews everywhere. I don't think the base will be an issue by the looks of ZeBeDees Pics
