electricity netwokrs coropration telemetry? what type is it?

HI all.
if you tune into one of those freqencies owned by "elecricity networks corportation" youl hear telemetry, can anyone identify what the name is of this type of telemetry? eg, the telemetry that is used for pagers is POCSAG.

Possibly ABB or Miri or a generic brand. May even be Serck.
