Working New Years Eve

Are any fellow WARSUGers working on New Years Eve?? And if so where abouts, and doing what??

I have been rostered on as the ABC's contribution to the TV news pool. Each station provides a crew for different locations around town. At this stage i will be at the Bell Tower earlier and then at Gloucester Park for the fireworks and midnight. After that i'm on till 3am for whatever happens!!

If you see an ABC cameraman out and about say g'day.

Pfft... some life Walks!

I'll be working a 12 hour shift from 7pm til 7.30am NYE and NY's day in ED at a hospital somewhere south... :)

Spewing... but by god the money's good :lol:

yeh ill be working from 7pm to 7am!
ahh getting 2.5x my normal pay...so yeh your right Cindy...bloody good pay..someone get the calculator out hahahah! whats 45 x 2.5? :P

$112.50, so for 12 hours $1350, fantastic!!!
To stop displaying signatures, go to the User Control Panel > Board Preferences > Edit display options > Display signatures > No > Submit

Nothing in particular that i know of Donga. Just want some shots of people in the area being merry and celebrating the approaching New Year. Will be there earlier and at Gloucester Park for midnight. Might bump in to ya :) .
