Pah! Thats Fisheries job. Maybe to get a sick Abalone to the vet before it dies given the price they command. But in a Management Advisory Comittee vehicle.

I saw this vehicle in Mundaring a couple of weeks ago. It is bizarre. I also saw a customs vehicle with reds and blues yesterday.

Unmarked vehicle

Post by crewman »

I have seen an unmarked vehicle like this before. It belonged to the City of Armadale and used by it's manager Ranger Services. It had dash and deck lighting because the guy was also the City's FCO (Fire Control Officer) ... but I imagine they'd need visible aerials ???

Like others have said, we can count out any Federal agencies.

Anyone have a picture of the Customs vehicles with red and blues by the way ?

Customs vehicle with the blues and reds is a blue commodore I think. I have seen it around Freo heaps.

I saw a blue Astra today with a deck blaster and no notable aerials driving around Freo also. Anyone know who's this is?

i would say fesa, or wapol, but if it was wapol, it'd have glassmounts or a elevated feed antenna!

I have actually seen a couple of amber deck blaster and parcel shelf around the place. Can't remember which company, but a road works mob had some of their VE sedans and Hilux's with them. Saw them whilst driving on Tonkin Hwy about 2 weeks ago.

I know a previous company i worked for issued them to us for use in our company cars for when we were in our truck yards and if we needed to use them in emergencies on the side of the road (ie assist in traffic accidents etc).
