Part One:
Private Fire Services-your ideas is there a fire act as such that allows or does not allow (Remembering in W.A there is no ambulance act which means anyone can start an ambulance service and i do believe from what i heard on the grape vine this loop hole is looking at being closed)
Part Two:
The Fire Service both paid & unpaid responding to ambulance calls on the basis the person is in full cardaic arrest
What are your thoughts on both, just getting the brain cells moving for some intertesing discussion.
Did you know that in Victoria the Metropolitan Fire Brigade respond to any Signal One call that the Metroplitan Ambulance Service attend to where the job code is a confirmed cardiac arrest. And those that arnt familar with there system that means you will get a paramedic crew and a MICA Paramedic crew OR Clinical Support Officer attending along with the MFB.
