whats happened to traffic cam

been to the bankwest perthcam plus website and can't access the traffic cams.Whats happened to them.

Sorry, Trafficam is not available.
We are in the process of upgrading to a new camera system.
This requires Trafficam to be off line intermittently.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I know it says that but how long is it going to take.Anyone know when it's going to be up and running again.

Does anybody know why the Main Roads Traffic Cam is always offline ? Is it ever coming back ?

If anyone is interested, this is the response I received from Main Roads to my enquiry:
Our system to stream images from our traffic cameras on our website has been down for some time due to IT issues, but we are currently implementing a new web dedicated camera service. To date 27 cameras have been installed and we are currently in a testing phase to ensure the quality of the camera feed once the site is published.
