Hi guys,
I'm in Bunbury and new to the scanner scene.
I have a UBCD996T and I've been struggling to get it set-up.
I've read the manual but just cant work it out
Any assistance with help to get this up and running would be much appreciated

Do you have the frequency you want to listen to?

No sorry I don't know any frequencies that I can listen to, I've been trying to find some but had no luck.
