I was at DSE in Innaloo today and they had the Uniden UBC330CRS on sale... at $25.

It might not set the world on fire performance-wise, but it's still a new scanner. Good opportunity to get into the hobby very inexpensively.

I got one of these for cheap from dse a while back. Handy for my desk at work. Also, easy to add a discriminator tap.

I bought one from the Innaloo store. They had the display model left if anyone still wants one. Incredible price for a scanner that has airband.
I also cleaned out their stock of antenna leads, mounts and handheld speaker mics - 5 cents each. Lol!

Good deal! I did the same at the Stirling Hwy and Balcatta stores. Just waiting for those UBC-355XLTs to plummet.
