im pretty sure its "street drinking" and a 200 dollar fine,
but its a mean cop to give the fine. They just ask you to tip it out. If you want to see this in action head south on leavers

Why is alcohol served to passengers on aeroplanes if it is so illegal? Surely they are public places.

They'll be licensed. Not all aircraft will serve alcohol. tend to find it's the larger ones.

That is interesting, back in 95 a friend of the family (who drives them for a living) took us for a joy ride. We pulled over at tucker bag, got some sparkly and put it in it's cradle for us to enjoy. I don't actually know, but I presumed all limousines had the bottle holder in the back?
