 Lets not hijack this thread now peoples.

I thought, I 'd post up a serious issues - and the RFDS are not just short on Pilots/Nurses and Admin Crew - by $$$$$$$ - Lots of $$$$$ is what they are lacking and so desperatley need - The government is funding the RFDS about 90% of the total funding - but I some how feel that this isn't enough...

One fully decked out PC-12 will set them back $17 Million Dollars - Hence, Why I thought I'd start a "drive for donation" - and post up - and get others interested in donating money to the RFDS - sounds like a stupid idea some of you will tell me, but at the end of the day, - If a medical emergency where to happen to you in our extremley remote outback - wouldn't you want the RFDS to come and help you or family or collegue????

*my 2 cents worth*

I am sure they have been underfunded for at least the last ten years. They are always crying out for donations
