I've noticed them on either the LHS of a road and sometimes in the middle. They don't seem to have any method to the madness of placement. Unlike the blue cats eyes which are placed adjacent to hydrants, these yellow ones don't seem to highlight anything. The only thing I noticed in common between a few of them is they were placed on or near the MRWA traffic counters (may just be a coincidence).
Any idea what they are cos its starting to bug me now lol
