Car accidents, intoxicated and noisy parties...
Re: Car accidents, intoxicated and noisy parties...
the woodvale fight was about a guy jumping in to help his mate bash someone, he wasnt trying to break it up... its completely different.

I'm not sure what is happening in Perth, if I dare beleive Today Tonights report on the Royal Perth Hospital it shows a lot of violence day in, day out. Any reason for such a violent city? I'm glad to be in a safer city of Hobart.

Re: Car accidents, intoxicated and noisy parties...
Personally, and this is just my own opinion, I don't think that Perth is a "violent city" - but I think it can sometimes be portrayed as such.
There's nowhere in Perth that I would consider a "no-go" area. There's some places I choose not to go to because there's nothing there for me, but I can't think of anywhere off the top of my head where I wouldn't go because I was concerned for my safety.

Ditto. Those who choose to throw themselves to the mercy of sensationalised journalism should spend their life living in fear.Zebedee wrote:Personally, and this is just my own opinion, I don't think that Perth is a "violent city" - but I think it can sometimes be portrayed as such.

Anyone know where I can find footage of what was shown? Unfortunately was working the night Today Tonight screened it, and of course we were all keen to see how their waiting room relates to ours (from the goss it doesn't sound much different!)
