I believe they received that car over a year ago now? Or it may have been another country I can't remember. Hard to tell from the article as it doesn't state what year.

The article says "Fri Oct 24", which doesn't occur every year and the URL has the date code "20081024", both suggesting last Friday.

Article also says "This car replaces the former model which used to operate in the Rome area and will now be used in the Bologna region"
