Looking for a portable scanner capable of listening to FESA? Any suggestions on an handled device?

hey dude i got one of these UNIDEN UBC355XLT i got it off the net for around $150 and it may not be the awsomest one out there but it sure does a good job it is a in house or car set up and come with all the attachments so yea just have a look around and see what you can get
