Dunno if you are interested in the Chinese version of it at http://www.radiogearpro.com/main/produc ... ucts_id=80
Around $17 and free shipping from Hong Kong. I've bought from them a few times including a bunch of stuff that arrived today.

Robbage is right: consider buying online, particularly the Nagoya brand. The gear's so cheap you can try out a few different antennas.

If it's a case of 'only the Diamond', then try Strictly Ham at www.strictlyham.com.au. They're in Melbourne but the freight on something like a handheld antenna will be reasonable ($10 maybe) and they had a sale on these antennas before Easter. You might convince them to give you the RH771 at half price as it was a couple of weeks ago.

Scanners and Receivers: Various, but mainly use Uniden 396's or 72XLT.

You might even look at the 409 Store in Hong Kong.
With the exchange rate to the US dollar so good at the moment, things are reasonably good. However, they do run everything through PayPal.
This entity quotes prices in US dollars, usually as an all up price.

Without looking at their website, I believe that they quote 7 - 10 days' delivery.
