Archer Antennas

Not sure if this is the right section to ask in but i have come across an Archer antenna, no idea if its uhf/vhf etc, would love to know if anyone had a website for them, searched and searched to no avail

its black, bout 90cm long, 1/3 of the way up is a single wire that makes 4 turns in this space then the next 2/3 of the antenna it is tightly wound
