ubc3000xlt battery pack

hello
i am hoping to find out where i might be able to get a battery pack for a ubc3000xlt scanner
i spoke to uniden in n.s.w this morning and they advised me that they dont do these batteries anymore
any help to obtain one would be appreciated

the link was very helpful
there is a batteries plus store in cannington as well,but they send repair
work to osbourne park store
price on battery pack repair is around $42
should be up and scanning in about 1/2 a week
