Radio mast

Anybody have any info regarding radio masts/towers. Im looking at something about 25ft AGL. Nothing to massive as I am living in a townhouse.

Maybe first point of call would be, do you need permission from council, body corporate, strata owners etc. etc. to put a tower on your townhouse cause some do have restrictions and caveats preventing tenants/owners from doing almost anything to the external structure in group housing and even some estates...a friend of mine had a fight just to get a foxtel dish.
