CB Radio - Advice - Looking For

Looking for a CB radio/scanner

Could anyone please give me advice or names of CB radios that also have a decent scanner function. I would like to install it into my car and have the use of the CB but id also like to scann the usuals as well.

(If this is possible)

And if you have time on your hand could you please point me in the right direction for who to look at for installing it, approx cost of installation and an antenna

Do some research into Uniden, GME-Electrophone and Icom radios - that'll give you a good starting point.

Jared do you mean UHF CB or 27mhz CB radio.

all radios above will do UHF CB and scan UHF (different rangers of frequncies ) as far as i know

Iv decided i will go with a uniden Uh-015 (Mostly because thats the only one i can find in stores)

Any suggestions on an antenna?
