Need help with Uniden UBCD396T

Hi guys I,ve had a couple of scanners over the years one I have been using and still do is a Realistic pro-2004.. its been a good scanner.. had a CB in my car when I traveled around oz back in 1983.. still got it but its not hooked up...
So to get to the point I have just purchased a Uniden UBCD396T and I am struggling a bit with the programing side of it.. so any help would be appreciated really wanta get some ham frequency's in it but dont know how to enter them yet...
But enjoying this little beautie so far

Ps enjoyed reading these forums over the last few days..
Im in WA so even a profile for the Uniden UBCD396T would be good if I work out how to load it
