Recommendations for a MW and SW receiver?
Looking to get into shortwave, so just looking for a cheap receiver to start. My budget is about $80. Ideally can receive between 2 and 20 MHz. Not picky about where it ships from. Cheers.

It's getting harder to find English language content on SW but this'll get you started.

Hi Joskek,
If your budget can stretch to $129.00, the AR1780 from Jaycar gets good reports. The main difference is it can also receive SSB transmissions in addition to AM mode. https://www.jaycar.com.au/compact-world ... b/p/AR1780
If you search AR1780 on YouTube, you will find some credible reviews.
Cheers,
