Hi there

I have recently purchased a UBCD396T and want to know what peoples thoughts are on this scanner. It seems to work fine on police channels, which obviously when police go digital, I will need to listen to something else.

Having not really listened much else before, id like to know if there are any other aerials that I should purchase for higher/lower bands and any other info about this scanner

great handheld scanners, top of the line. lol, i should know, i sold it to ya, lol

yes, u can buy better aerials for diff bands, try mobile one or rfi

Hi Dave,I also have this scanner great little unit.Using a mobile one aerial at the moment.Only thing i don't like is the belt clip it sticks out a bit.
