Any of Uniden scanners would suit your needs.As long as its got 160Mhz -170Mhz range your good.

And for the other question no you don't need a license to listen on a scanner.

Thanks. So the Uniden EZI30XLT UHF Handheld Radio should do the trick.

I am just wandering if you need to put in any settings or anything as they are on repeater channels? (I thought anyway)
