WA Radio Scanner Users' Group

Having just bought the UBCD396XT and wanting to download the some software i see that the data transfer cable does not fit my computer ports,can someone please tell me if you have to buy some extra connection or am i doing something wrong..

Is the cable it comes with a 9pin serial?

If so, you'll need to grab a serial to USB adapter, very cheap on eBay.

Thank you Yorky,yes it came with a 9 pin,will go to Dick Smiths tomorrow morning and see what they have.
