Bit late now since the event's over for another year, but there's one frequency listed for Arena Joondalup on the ACA Website.

The frequency listed is 450.0750 MHz but that's probably for the Arena itself, the Rock-It event would have had it's own radios most likely - probably ones hired from one of the communications companies.
(Of course they could even have been using UHF CB!
That's not unheard of either ...)
