Hey guys, has anyone heard anything about the Air Race this year? Apparently CASA still haven't approved the race itself but the State Govt. is pretty confident on the race going ahead.

Is there any word on the avaition freqs for the gig?

Hey Mr. G that would be awesome, would love to chew your ears off with a few questions about it to if the chance ever comes up. Maybe do something on-air as well?

Here's the link for the info on the perth leg of the race.

Anyone know if there will be a radio broadcast of some sort happening? Or should we all have our trusty scanners at the ready to hear when they are about to fly through?

If you go to the South Perth Foreshore I have read they will have lots of things happening from Friday until Sunday and that that is the best vantage point.
