Yes, the Icom IC-400pro is a commercial radio and can transmitt on UHF Commercial frequencies.

The cars have GPS in them, along with panic buttons. The Gps is accurate to within a few meters, so if a car is traveling at 70kmh and then stops in an intersection all of a sudden, VKI can only assume its a MVA.. and if there was an emergency, id be going for the orange panic buttom ontop of the mi...

these are more stable, and are lighter, and easier to clean.
they also offer alot more storage, although i wouldnt trust it.. the extra compartments dont seem exetremely secure. that said, once you in one your not coming out on your own.... thats what their built for.

Yes they are a secure car, they usually have 6 seats, the police vans have 4 seats inclueding the driver, and the back two are taken out and have a cage in their place.
