That's correct with the exception of Peel they don't use the AO call sign instead they use OM20X or OR20X for their traffic

The bullet points at the start are all correct (disregarding provisions of federal acts) if they were applied to WA with the exception of the last point. A camera/image/recording/mobile phone can be seized in WA without a court order...
