Priority Pursuit=Max 140Kms, qualified drivers used for pursuits.
Priority 1= Max 140Km speed, qualifed drivers only (CD vehicls mainly).

The speed limit is enforced my the Police Officers themselves, speed cameras, VKI can track by Time/distance.

Inspectors are responsible at the end of the day.

Pursuits are good to listen to especially when they get told to abort but you can tell they they simply turn of the siren and suddley its "VKI he is back on the right side of the road with headlights on". I heard the chase when the crims got out of supreme court, was interesting to follow ...

I think all of the districs are getting it now, slowly but surly. The cannington district was the first as they have so many cars on the road at one time it can be confusing.
