Paragon Training are excellent, I used their books to get into the AFP and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to join the emergency services.

They also do private tutoring and fitness training on a regular basis.

PODS arnt really that good anyway, if someone is really playing up its better to just get a cage. PODS are only good for your pissys etc.

I have seen people go off in the PODS and smash windows etc even though there is a layer of perspex over the windows.
