I am listening from Beechboro. It seems to be some sort of security company. They seem to have some sort of terminal access as they are sending info to their drivers who are checking out schools for graffiti as well as shopping centres for people causing a disturbance. Just some of the things I hear...

Fair enough answer. Also peoples opinion on "acting on information" heard on the scanner. I know myself I have attended accidents and fire incidents with regards info heard on the scanner and also used the info to avoid the road blocks etc to get a better look. My excuse is I am an avid ph...

I am picking up some traffic on 76.125 (Ch 96 or 23?) from Air intel and sporadic from Ground Control. Using UBC76XLT Handheld and standard aerial. Fire is dangerously out of control due to terrain etc. Lots of flare up spots (Using FLIR) Fire is moving slowly but still not under control. House on B...
