Re: Updates to Radio Frequencies for Buses

Any idea what channels are used for what, with the Perth CSE DMR channels 1 to 8 please?
It's a bit hard listening to 2 timeslots at the same time and want to narrow it down and only listen to relevant channels.

Cheers

GPS data in radio transmissions?

Hi all,

Been listening to Transperth for a while using SDR# and DSDPlus and it's quite interesting.
Trying to track all the buses using LRRP but not sure if they put the data on the DMR channels or elsewhere (3g/4g?).

Any suggestions?

I want to map ALL the buses, not just 1 on the transperth app.

Re: New YPPH LiveATC build

Sorry, forgot to update. Yeah they are running well. Been up for a few months now with not that many issues.
I'll post some photos later on tonight when I can.

Re: New YPPH LiveATC build

Should have some parts arriving tomorrow or Friday hopefully so I can start building :) Won't have the 4 way splitter preamp for a few weeks though, so we'll be without a LiveATC feeder for a while maybe.

Re: New YPPH LiveATC build

I did consider Pi Zeros,. but I would prefer ethernet on board rather than Wifi. More reliable, especially when having 4 in close proximity to each other. And no USB A connectors on board.. an extra adapter required.

New YPPH LiveATC build

Hi all, I'm in the planning stages of a new build for the YPPH feeder server. Currently I have a single Raspi 3 running 2 x RTL-SDR dongles, each doing 2 feeds. Eg 4 feeds total. Antenna splits 2 ways, with a filter to allow only 117-137MHz into the dongles. My plan is to have 4 raspis, each running...
