I may not have written that as well as I might have... What I meant to point out is that OZ and Canada are very similar in size and population. Is it that which causes the 'pulsing' of the signal or reception?

The pulsing is sort of like a wave with the peaks about 3 seconds apart.

Doppler effect somehow? Bit hard if nothing is moving thou.....
