I found that PDW would only decode some pages, not all. It worked on Charles Gardiner hospital but didn't work on Vodafone. I ended up using multimon-ng under linux for 100% reliable decodes.

Swan taxi data channels
Hello all
I've been scanning around the band on my SDR and came across a data transmission from Swan taxis. I assume it's for those in car units they use. Has anyone written a decoder for it or aware of who makes the equipment or any docs on the signal standard? Thanks.
