Re: At a red light. Emergency vehicle behind you. Your right
It's easy. This has been in the media before as someone had complained about getting an infringement for running a light to let an emergency vehicle past. The official line is, you are cannot run a red light to let an emergency vehicle pass as in doing so you are committing an offence. The code does...

Re: Transperth Transit Officers / CSO Powers & Infrigements

Does the act specify that the appointment has to be Gazetted though? Most act's you dont need to be - you j...

On the Trucks themselves, they are only limited to 100km/h under normal conditions AND if GVM is 12tonnes or more. Not all of them are mate. I can guarentee that from a very reliable source (mate in the brigade) Holy combined quotes batman! Not all of trucks may be physically limited per-se (partic...

Re: How fast ??
Trucks are limited to 100km/hr The LT have no limits on how fast they can go yet. (I am not talking about responding to a incident merely the capability of the vehicles.) Nope, not true. Best educate yourself before making comment on things like this. Firstly, the Scania pumps move much quicker tha...

Attention Everyone!!!! Its important to note that I don't know what frequencies are programmed into this radio and it's the buyer's responsibility to check that they are allowed to transmit on whatever frequencies are set up. Thanks 400-470Mhz I'd say (from the part number). Not much of interest fa...
Re: FS: VHF (66-88 MHz) Handheld Transceiver with extras
Better to sell such things to the educated than the ignorant (and more responsible too, in fact).
Re: FS: VHF (66-88 MHz) Handheld Transceiver with extras
Also note, there are NO frequencies in the 66-88 Mhz range that you can transmit on without a valid license. Can get yourself in a bit of strife even having one of these without a good reason
