I have a WinRadio. Not 'short wave' per se - Mine does 500kHz to 1.3GHz. To do anything interesting, you need to purchase add-on software to process digital, DTMF and other encoding. If you want to just listen to voice or cw then it does the job well. Probably overkill for just shortwave listening. ...
