The POD it is carrying doesn't define the role of the vehicle. It is just a POD transporter. The vehic...

Re: Vic SES & CFA
Not all of these trucks are supplied by the state government. Alot of the SES units and Volunteer CFA brigades raise a large amount of monies to provide vehicles and equipment to supplement (and in a few cases, enhance or expand) the capabilities of the Government provided vehicles. As a general rul...

Zebedee. First of all, if I offended Nafenn by mispelling his name then I apologise. However saying that, this is the first I have ever heard of mis-spelling someone's name been an insult. If it is taken to be an insult should that be written in the site guidelines so that ALL users are aware. Also ...

Re: "Childs play at NY air traffic tower sparks inquiry"
So, can i ask you a question in relation to your comment: At the Aero Club, the instructors take young children up for flights where they get to have a look around, and have a feel of the controls, sometimes even speak on the radio. Are you against this? - same questions as you aked: 1. what if the...

:!: :!: usually everyone goes "Nawwwwww how cute"... but take the Americans to screw up the fun I wouldn't put it down as 'Fun" No? Why not? I can understand it if the controller left the kid there to run the show by himself, but if the controller is still in control, does it *really...

Sure it wasn't one of the old heavy pumps? If there was no pump panel at the rear then it is one of the old heavy pumps.

Re: FESA policy re Photographs at incidents
I think you would find it does cover VFRS brigades and even SES. BFB brigades can be a different story though. The policy was never intended to cover the media or civillian.AVBFS wrote:i think everyone is talking out of there arse
and this policy dosen't apply to volunteers, media or civil people.
