I have a question for those who have been using their 396xt's.
I have noticed that some of my frequencies will display a CTCS code and others don't. Does this mean that those frequencies don't use CTCS codes ??

The Military Police vehicles do have red/blue light bars. They are set up with the blue light over the driver. WAPOL have the red light over the driver.
