Re: Fixed wing Water Bombers

Bomber's 600 and EOG were in Bunbury on Sunday (As well as the local two) and some from Manjimup/Albany. These were sent to Bunbury to assist with the Harvey/Hoffman fire. I too was filling waterbombers at Bunbury airport before the arrival of the Bunbury SES (and Blinky).

Re: New Speed Camera - BEWARE!

I believe they are monitoring traffic flow during peak periods. (schoolies/toolies) I have seen this vehicle a bit lately in different spots between Busselton and Perth (usually at roundabouts)

Re: Pre amp/468 MHz yagi wanted

Most tv mast head amplifiers would cover that bandwidth or the very least could be made to cover the bandwidth. With some straight forward filtering you could remove the tv bands and have 20 to 30 db amp with little noise and reasonable rejection of the large RF signals. The difference between 75 oh...

Re: How to program a Tait T856?

That would depend how keen you are...You could down load the manual and it has a list of changes for the different frequency groups. But without the matching Rx not much good unless you want to make a beacon or similar. The transmitters are very reliable.
