Judging by the pics I'd say the Police van was on scene before the pumper, and the pumper has reversed into that spot to get closer to the wreckage

It would have been the albany multinova you seen... I seen it on my way to Perth from Albany last Friday at Arthur River in the 80 zone, which is approximately 210km from albany.

I seen that naked rodeo heading towards Perth on Sunday morning on my way back to Albany.
