The last time I turned on my CB channel 8 and channel 4 were dead quiet.

Listened for an hour or so and hardly anything... this was about 7pm.

I can't get ch3 from where I live so I don't know how active it is..

TPG mobile are fine. They don't have complicated contracts like they used to before they were B/Soul. Their cap plans are quite attractive, but look at the small print as there is a gotcha that 13/1300 numbers aren't included in some of the plans. I agree, the Vodafone network is crap. not really... iiNet has completely destroyed the Westnet brand and culture. The service levels have gone to rock bottom and people are leaving in droves.

The ACMA database doesn't always show the correct details... I guess it depends on who entered into the DB and what information was available to them at the time.
