It costs much less to keep a house cool than to cool it down. Don't fret about leaving it on. I note they are telling people to turn on A/C early now not when it gets hot. About time.

They have the option of open or encrypted with NGT radio's, they need to press the encryption key on the handpiece both ends. If you go to the Codan website they have a demo so you can hear the difference, basically it sounds like white noise.

The WAPOL HF network has been upgraded and now has Automatic Link Establishment to eliminate having to find frequencies and encryption.

There is one in Perth as well. Selling "tri band handhelds" , these are unlocked and preprogrammed for Amateur frequencies(including 2m and 70cm repeaters) and the childrens band. Change a setting from name to frequency and you can go where you like 130 -174 mHz and 400 - 520 mHz. How do I...

A lot of FIFO's live down that way now. Airport is facing opposition from the locals to expand the service for other mining companies. Also it is used for training International commercial pilots. Anyhow back on topic.
